Located in BDA, the Phase I project is split into a factory in pre-engineered steel structure with GFA 6,800sqm  and a high standard office building in concrete frame structure with GFA 1,700 m2.
The Phase III is the extension for the existing office building.The total GFA is approx. 10,000 m2, including all annex structures/buildings.
The Hoermann Beijing Phase IV project is office extension with high quality decoration. Sika Sarnafil PVC water proofing roof, STO façade with rockwool insulation, Finett carpet, VRV air conditioning system etc.

Hoermann Factory, Tianjin Phase I and II
Construction Period: Phase I   2008-2009 ; Phase II  2011-2012
Location: Tianjin
Gross Floor Area: 22,000m2
Description: General Contrator
The new factory of Hoermann in Tianjin(Phase I) comprises of:
-  The steel structure production hall (14,000 m2), a peripheral social and technical area and a two-storey RC structure office building.
-  The total construction floor area approx. 17,000 m2.
Phase II has total area of 5,100m2, following works are included:
- Extension of preparation area
- Extension of SPU door panel production workshop
- New building of polyol and isocynanat tank-farm warehouse
- New building for pentane tank-farm
- New building for underground pipe trench
- External road works and the related interfaces
